All of my consulting services are designed to serve the purposes of achieving an organization's stated goals, including, if necessary, the development of those goals. Whether your organization needs to increase the quality of responsiveness, streamlining of service, or quantity of output, there are effective ways to determine and institute postive measures with minimal disruption.
It's as important to know what not to change as it is to know what to change. That insight is acomplished through an assessment that takes account of the organization as a whole, rather than considering a problem piecemeal, apart from its larger context.
